How to return an item?
- E-mail us for a return authorization and reason for your return within 30 days of receipt of product. Please provide your order number.
WorldWide Distributors will accept returns for product purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement under the following conditions and with exceptions to below points:
- Shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, it means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. In this case if that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
- We will have the cost of return shipping deducted from your refund if you use our postage-paid return label, unless the return is a result of our error. It typically takes up to two weeks to process cell phone returns after they arrive at our returns center. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us so that we can further research the issue.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
- Buyer is responsible for all freight charges.
- All damaged item claims, dead on arrival claims & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
- All exchanges & returns & claims must be in original factory cartons, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees
- All returns are subject to 15-20% restocking fee.
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 50% of item’s price..
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 80% of item’s price
- Cell Phones may only be returned within the first 30 days from the receipt of shipment with factory seal intact.
- We won’t accept any return on cell phone if factory seal has been broken or removed.
- Buyers are responsible for network, GSM band, and Carrier compatibility, including internet browsing (2G, 3G, and 4G), picture and text messaging functionality, which are not guaranteed.
- GSM phones are not compatible with any CDMA based carriers such as Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, Cellular One, Metro PCS, and Cricket. Please confirm your carrier runs on a GSM network before purchase.
Car Audio, Alarm
- There are absolutely no refunds for car audio products once they have been opened and installed. Defective units may be sent back for repair only.
- There are absolutely no returns on any video games, accessories and consoles once the item has been used or the factory seal has been broken.
- Due to the nature of supply and demand in the video game market, we do not honor any sort of price protection what so ever.
Below are categorized exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy:
- WorldWide Distributors will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
- WorldWide Distributors will refuse any returns where the serial number on the unit does not match the serial number on the box and warranty card as well as our internal systems.
The following products carry only a manufacturer’s warranty:
Drones, Computers, Video Cameras, Camera, MP3 Players, iPods, iPads, Tablets, Ear phones, Headphones, PC Hardware, Navigation, Point Cards, Software & Projectors– We will not accept any returns if the unit has been open and the factory seal is broken.
We do not accept any beats product back. All sales on Beats products are final.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to a typographical error, and are not responsible for any typographical errors which may occur in the price or product description.
